Hello!
I'm from Tallinn, Estonia. The reason I'm writing in English, is that I can read Finnish (because Estonian and Finnish are quite similar), but I only know single words to write. As I understand, you're talking about books on public transport in Estonia. I personally know Aare Olander, the author of "Tramm, buss ja troll Tallinnas" ("Raitiovaunu, linja-auto ja johdinauto Tallinnassa") and I own the book. It's quite fascinating, it has lots of old pictures and even a list of bus lines in Tallinn throughout history and a list of Tallinna Autobussikoondis's buses. But there's another book coming from him. This year is the 120th birthday of Tallinn's tram service and the new book's title is "Tallinna tramm 120" ("Tallinnan raitiovaunu 120"). As some of you might know, a light rail service (kiirtramm, pikaraitiovaunu) in Tallinn has been planned since the 1970s, and the book brings to you the maps, sketches, plans and a lot more.
There's also a public "celebration" of the Tram's 120th anniversary, which is being held at the Tallinn Tram Monument at Pärnu mnt. 71A. The stand-to starts at 15:00 on 22nd August and there should be a band playing. Aare Olander will present his new book and it can also be bought from there. There are some old tram models for viewing at the Vana-Lõuna circle. It's an open gathering, so all of you are welcome!
